The Slayer Tower is a building that can be found north-east of Canifis it holds a few NPC's that can be assigned as tasks for Slayer. There is nothing else to do in this cave apart from killing these NPC's.

Getting There
Click on the world map icon in the top right corner of the screen. 
From here select 'Skilling' as the category, and then select 'Slayer - Slayer Tower', this will teleport you to the beginning of the Slayer Tower.
You could also select 'Monsters' as the category, and then select 'Slayer Tower'. This will teleport you to the exact same place.

Shortcuts
There are two shortcuts in the Slayer Tower that can cut down the time to get to each floor. The shortcut that takes you from the ground floor too the first floor requires 61 Agility, and the shortcut that takes you from the first floor to the second floor requires 71 Agility
