The Slayer Tower is a building that can be found north-east of Canifis it holds a few NPC's that can be assigned as tasks for Slayer. There is nothing else to do in the tower apart from killing these NPC's.

Getting There
Click on the world map icon in the top right corner of the screen. 
From here select 'Skilling' as the category, and then select 'Slayer - Slayer Tower', this will teleport you to the beginning of the Slayer Tower.
You could also select 'Monsters' as the category, and then select 'Slayer Tower'. This will teleport you to the exact same place.
