The Milestone Capes Shop is a store located in the Donator Zone, Edgeville, Draynor, and Neizitnot. To access the store talk to the 'Wise Old Man', and select the "I would like to buy a milestone cape" option.
The store sells milestone capes to players once they reach a base skill level of 10, 20, 30, and so on up until level 90. The capes have no stats, making them purely cosmetic items.
