Its stats are roughly the same when compared to a Berserker helm, with an additional +3 prayer bonus, another +1 crush defence, and +3 magic defence bonus, and no negative offensive or defensive bonuses. The helmet's substantial defensive stats, strength, and prayer bonuses along with it being non-degradable make it one of the most frequently used helmets, Especially when it comes to PvP.

Killing NPC's
The Helmet of Neitiznot can be obtained as a rare drop, whilst killing Aquanites, Kalphite Soldiers, and the Wildywyrm. The WildyWyrm can drop 1-3 Helmets at a time.
Blood Coin Shop
The Neitiznot Helment can be purchased from the Blood Coin store for 100 Blood coins. This store is run by the "Adventurer" in Edgeville. You can use the command ::shops to teleport to him quickly.
Sir Vant's Training Area
The Neitiznot Helmet can be purchased for Training Dungeon points, which are collected while training at Sir Vant's Training Area. It costs 100 Training points.
