What are Boss Pets?

Boss Pets are miniature versions of the Bosses themselves. In able to obtain the Boss pet you need to kill the Boss in which one you wish to get. The drop rate of the Boss Pets hasn't officially been released, but it's speculated that the drop rate is 1/10k. When you achieve a Boss Pet, it announces it within the chat, as shown below:

Is there anything that can raise my chances?

Both the Ring of Wealth and Luck Totem (Donors Only) increase the chances of getting a Boss Pet. Voting also increases the chance by 0.03%. While these bonuses give only a slight bonus to the drop chance, every percentage helps.
