You can use a Magic elixir on an ordinary Berserker ring to imbue it.
Bossing
The only NPC in the game that drops the Berserker Ring (i) is the Chaos Elemental. It is a rare drop from this NPC.

You can purchase the 'Fremmenik Rings' set from the Premium Point Store for 10k Premium Points. This set also comes with the Archers' ring (i), Seers' ring (i), and the Warrior ring (i).
