The smoke battlestaff is a magical staff. It has no requirments to equip. Contrary to belief, it does not provide an infinite amount of air and fire runes.
Obtaining the Smoke Battlestaff
The only way to obtain a Smoke Battlestaff is to kill the Thermonuclear Smoke Devil boss.
