The Draconic Visage is an item that can be used to upgrade a players Anti-dragon shield. It requires level 95 in Smithing to do so. Simply use a Draconic Visage on an Anti-dragon shield and it will turn into the Dragonfire shield. Doing so will grant the player with 10,000 Smithing experience.

The only kind of NPC's that drop the Draconic Visage are dragons, however it is a very rare drop from them all.
