Tokkul is a currency that can only be used in the Tzhaar area. There is only one shop which accepts the tokens. This store can be found outside the entrance of the Fight Caves minigame.
You will have to use a Fire cape on the shop owner in order for the Tokhaar-kal to be stocked in the shop. This will destroy your Fire cape in the process.

Obtaining Tokkul
Fight Caves
When participating in the Fight Caves minigame, you earn Tokkul, the further you make it in the cave the more tokkul you will recieve.
Fight Pits
When participating in the Fight Pits minigame, you earn Tokkul. The more players you outlast in the pit the more Tokkul you will earn. The amount earnt can be increased by wearing Onyx ring (i) in the pit.
PvM
The citizens of the TzHaar area can be killed all drop between 1 and 1K Tokkul, however it is much more common to get lower amounts.
