The Amulet of Torture is a melee amulet that has no requirments to wear. It has a slight accuracy advantage when compared to the Blood necklace, however the Blood necklace has 1 higher strength bonus, as well as defencive stats.
Players can attach an Torture ornament kit to the necklace, to cosmetically enhance it. Doing so will create an Amulet of Torture (or). This only alters its appearance, and gives no stat enhancements. It cannot be dismantled, trying to do so will destroy the amulet and the kit
Getting an Amulet of Torture
The only way to get an Amulet of Torture is by killing either Tortured, or Demonic gorillas. It is a very rare drop from both NPC's so you will have to get lucky if you are hunting for this item.
