The Malediction Ward is one of the few magic shields in the game, it has a decent magic accuracy bonus, but has no defence bonuses against ranged attacks. There are no requirements to weild the shield, so it is a great choice for pure accounts.
Obtaining the Malediction Ward
Wilderness Bosses
There are two different bosses that drop the Malediction Ward. These are Scorpia, and the Chaos Fanatic. They are both found in the Wilderness which makes the shield rather difficult to obtain.
Voting Sortition Reward
A Malediction Ward is a potential reward from the Voting Sortiton. However, the Malediction Ward has a very low chance to be obtained. To access the Vote Sortition, you click the "Roll Sortition" button in the quest tab, it can be found under the "Luck games" title.
