Super Donors, and Extreme Donors will have all they're amulets charged at once, while Normal Donors will have to use them one at a time.

The Nurse who is located right outside the main bank, can heal a players health, restore prayer, and restore their special attack bar. This can be handy for players who are bossing, as they can quickly heal here, and then restock right at the bank before heading back to the boss.

Cooking

Right outside the bank is a cooking range. Although it is close to the bank, it is not the closest. The cooking range located in the Cooking Guild, is closer, and available to non-donors. So it is best to train Cooking there.

Farming

In the eastern part of the area, you will find a herb patch. This is one of two possible places to train Farming. The patch at the Donator Zone will give the players 2x the farming experience that the player would get if they are using the patch at Catherby, but it takes a little longer to run through the actions due to this patch being semi-automatic. Thus they give roughly the same experience per hour.

Fishing

In the river just north of the main bank, you can find 3 Fishing spots. You can catch Raw Sharks (harpoon), Raw Mantarays (big fishing net, and harpoon), and Raw Rocktails (cage) here. It is the only place that you can catch Raw Rocktails that is not in the Wilderness.

Mining

Donators gain the most benefits in the Mining skill, compared with the others. Not only are the rocks located very closely to the bank, furnace, and anvil. It is the only place not in the Wilderness where players can mine rune ore, which is a huge improvement on the adamant ore that non-donors get stuck with.

The rocks you can mine here are Runite, Adamant, Mithril, Gold, and Coal.

Prayer

There is a Gilded Altar found south of the main bank. This can be handy to train Prayer, but Gilded Altar found in Neitiznot is much closer, so it is recommended to train there instead.

Slayer

All Slayer masters but Turael, can be found in the building directly west of the main bank. This includes the Donator only slayer master, Kuradal.

This is very handy as the nurse can be used to restore your health, special attack bar, and prayer, as you finish your tasks. This will quickly allow you to move onto the next task smoothly.

Smithing

The Smithing skill is best trained at the donator zone, as it has the closest furnace, and anvils to a bank anywhere in Etherum.

Thieving

There is both a Gem stall and Silver stall located in the Donator Zone, these can both be used to train Thieving, but it is much faster to train at the Edgeville market place, using the ::ge command will get you there quickly.

Summonng

An obelisk can be found right next to the player when they teleport in. This is a very nice place to train Summoning especially if the player is only using pouches, as the bank is very close by.

There is also a bank conveniently placed next to these, allowing players to bank their logs quickly and continue Woodcutting.

Totems

In the building to the west of the main bank, you can find three totems. Each of these can give effects to the player, which will give them an advantage for a short period of time, which will vary depending on your Donator status.
