Introduction
Range is a fast skill to train here on grinder, this guide will show you how to train range.
Where to start
You can start at edgevillage. Run south until you find the shops. You will want to look for "Bow and arrow salesman".
He sells all your range equipment, except rune crossbow, dragon bolts, onyx bolts, and most bolts from the 99 range task.
How to start
There are various methods to starting range, but the fastest is using Rune knives. Sold by "Bandit shopkeeper". He is located next to the "Bow and Arrow salesman".
Where to train
If you are just now starting on grinderscape, then the best place to train would be Rock crabs.
What do i look for once i teleported there
Once you get there, you will find a lot of rockcrabs, although the training area is almost always occupied, you will want to run up a little.
The skillcape
When you reach level 99, you may buy your skillcape from any Wise Old Man in the game, there are a few Wise Old Man NPC's but the easiest one to find is at home, just east of the altar north of the bank. The skillcape will cost you 150.000 coins.
The range hood and the range cape give you +18 defence bonus (+9 bonus each).
