Introduction

Strength Is a major combat skill for both Pking and Pvming. Strength allows you to hit higher damage on monsters and players. Strength is a fast and easy combat skill to train. This guide will show you where and how to train it and also show you where to buy some equipment to help you get started.

Where to start

You can start at Edgeville. Run south until you find the shops. You will want to look for "Giles","Flynn" and "Bob".

Giles sells your basic Armour and the ring of recoil which is used for combat.

Flynn sells your basic weapons and gloves.

Bob sells your more intermediate weapons like Dragon. He also sells you your boots not including Rune and Dragon.

Where to start training

The best place to start training any combat skill at a low level is Rock crabs.

Here you will find all the Rock crabs you will ever need to start leveling up your combat stats. Start killing these until you feel you have a high enough Strength level to move on to killing other monsters such as Hill Giants or yaks in Edgeville dungeon. Slayer is also a good skill to train whilst leveling up your combat skills.

Strength Boosts

Items that you may use to increase the Strength skill:

Useful Items and Boosts

N/A	Knowledge Totem	All experience gained will be increased for the next 10 minutes for normal donators and 20 minutes for super donators.	Go to the Donator Zone, in the building to the west of the bank and click on the Defence Totem(Knowledge effect).
N/A	Bonus Experience	All experience gained will be multiplied by 3 until the bonus experience runs out.	Logging in everyday grants 200k Bonus Exp. Every 10th vote streak rewards you with 500k Bonus Exp. Purchace 1m Bonus Exp for 5k premium points.
N/A	Monthly Bonus	All experience gained is multiplied by 1.25	Play during the 1st to the 5th of every month.
N/A	Double Exp Weekend	All combat experience is doubled.	Play during the weekend (Saturday/Sunday).
	Double XP ring	Doubles the experience received from killing a creature.	Bought from the agility ticket shop.

The Skill cape

To obtain the Skill cape you must talk to the Wise Old Man. He is located at home, North East of the bank.

Each cape costs 150K expect the Max cape which costs 10M. The Strength skill cape gives +9 in all defense bonuses.
