Introduction

Herblore is the skill of cleaning herbs and making potions using herbs and second ingredient materials.

Starting Off

To start off you will need grimy herbs, that can be obtained from farming or boguht from the herbloring shop.

- The Herbloring Shop is located in South Neitiznot.

Cleaning Herbs

Cleaning herbs is by far the fastest method to 99. All you have to do to clean a herb is click on it. The table below shows all herbs and the required levels to clean it.

Making Potions

In order to make a potion, you will need to:

1) Use a clean herb with a Vial of Water (to make an unfinished potion).

2) Use a certain ingredient(s) with the unfinished potion.

Notes

- Some ingredients may need to be ground first. In order to do so, use a "Pestle and Mortar" with items such as: Unicorn Horn, Chocolate Bar, Blue Dragon Scale, Bird Nest and Mud Rune. - Using the Knowledge pool (Yellow pool) located in Donator zone 1 will double the xp gained for a set time.

The Skillcape

When you reach level 99, you may buy your skillcape from any Wise Old Man in the game, there are a few Wise Old Man NPC's but the easiest one to find is at Draynor, he will be in the book shop next to the bank.

The herblore hood and the herblore cape gives you +18 defence bonus (+9 bonus each).
