An adamant full helm is a full helmet made out of adamant. It requires level 30 in Defence, and can be smithed at level 77 Smithing using 2 adamantite bars (this grants 2,500 Smithing experience). These helms are stronger than mithril full helms but weaker than rune full helms.

Different ways of getting the Adamant Full Helm

Smith it by using 2 bars of Adamanat bars and a hammer on an anvil.

You can get randomly it from killing Gaurd NPC's, the drop rates are 1/35.

You can buy it from Armor Shop at shops market (::shops), costs 2,112 gp.
