There is almost no reason to visit Port Sarim. The only thing you can do in this area is kill low level NPC's such as Chickens, which a very little amount of players would like to do.

Getting There
There is no direct teleport to Port Sarim. The fastest way to get to this area is to teleport to Draynor and run west.
