Black Knight Titan
The Black Knight Titan is a powerful boss. The boss has a combat level of 1224 and has 400 hitpoints. It has increased defences and can hit up to 74 with his melee attack, 65 with his magic attacks and 35 with his ranged attacks.
Even though he can hit up to 74 with melee, it is still recommended to use Protect from Magic or Deflect Magic prayers as the boss attacks with magic more often. Besides prayer, it is also recommended to use a divine spirit shield as this will lower the boss' max hits.
Besides his regular attacks, the Black Knight Titan also can give players the skulled icon. When skulled, all items will be lost upon death and will drop on the floor.
Getting there
You can get to the Black Knight Titan by using the teleport interface (which can be accessed by pressing CTRL + T on your keyboard or by clicking on the world map in-game).
This will teleport you in the dungeon where not only the Black Knight Titan is located, but also The Untouchable boss.
Gear & Inventory
The Black Knight Titan has high defences, which means good armour is required in order to kill the boss. It is recommended to use melee to kill the boss. Using magic with ice barrage is an alternative method to kill the boss: this will avoid getting hit by the 74 melee attack, but will take much longer to kill.

It is recommended to use a Steel Titan familiar (requires 99 summoning). This summoning familiar will help you attack the Black Knight Titan with its special move and maximize your damage per second. Steel of legends scrolls are required to use the Steel Titan special move. |

The Black Knight Titan drops items such as Darklight, Chaotic Kiteshield, Black (h1) armour, Black mask and Blood necklace.
