The Dragon Defender is the second best offensive off-hand item, only surpassed by the Flameburst defender. Although the Dragon Defender has a higher strength bonus by 1 when compared to the Flameburst defender, the Flameburst defender has much greater accuracy.
Obtaining the Dragon Defender
Voting Points
You can purchase a Dragon Defender for 50 vote points from the Vote point store. It is found in the "Resources" tab.
Premium Points
You can purchase the Offensive Set for 10,000 Premium points from the Premium point store. This set contains a Dragon Defender, along with a Fire cape, Fighter torso and Barrow gloves.
Pk Points
Eva is an NPC located in the shops area of Edgeville. You can teleport here using the ::shops command. She runs the PK reward shop, which uses Pk points as the currency. A Dragon Defender costs 5k PkP
