Eternal boots
The Eternal boots are the best magic boots available. These boots can be made by infusing Ragefire boots with a Eternal crystal. Etnernal crystal is dropped by the boss Cerberus.
These boots can also be obtained from opening premium chests, they're in Tier 6.
