Introduction

Crafting is one of the easiest skills to level up. This skill enables players to produce items such as jewellery, armour and pottery for use or trade. This Guide will show you the most efficient ways to get 99 crafting.

Where to Train

You can start crafting at South neiznot.

Once you are there, a NPC named Rommik will be the one selling all the materials necessary for the process.

Tanning

To start off Crafting you will need to buy the following items:

• Cowhide
• Needle
• Thread

And then you will want to Talk to Tanner, who is located near the Geyser. Select Soft Leather and use your needle on the leather.

Cutting Gems

The process of cutting gems is by far the best way to train up Crafting. To do so, all you need to do is buy a chisel from Rommik and use it with uncut gems. The table below shows the level required to cut a certain gem and its experience.

1-99 Walkthrough

For levels 1-20, you will be just making soft leather equipment. And for levels 20-99, you will be cutting gems. The table below shows the amount of gems needed for 20-99 Crafting.

• Once you reach level 84 Crafting, you can craft all of the Black Dragonhide Armor, which is heavily used in pking and pvm.

Making Rings

Ring of Slaying

Useful Items and Boosts

N/A	Knowledge Totem	All experience gained will be increased for the next 10 minutes for normal donators and 20 minutes for super donators.	Go to the Donator Zone, in the building to the west of the bank and click on the Defence Totem(Knowledge effect).
N/A	Bonus Experience	All experience gained will be multiplied by 3 until the bonus experience runs out.	Logging in everyday grants 200k Bonus Exp. Every 10th vote streak rewards you with 500k Bonus Exp. Purchace 1m Bonus Exp for 5k premium points.
N/A	Monthly Bonus	All experience gained is multiplied by 1.25	Play during the 1st to the 5th of every month.

The Skill Cape

If you reach level 99 in Crafting, you can talk to the Wise Old Man at home to obtain the Skill cape. He is located at home, in the building north of the bank.

The 99 cape costs 150K Gp and comes with a matching hood. Both the Crafting cape and hood give +9 bonus to all defense stats.

If you reach 350m experience in the Crafting skill you will also unlock the ability to buy the Master Crafting Cape. It is exactly the same as the normal Skill cape. However, you can adjust the trim colour to whatever you like. This cape costs 2.5m Gp.
