The Rune Battleaxe is a weapon that requires 40 Attack to use, due to this it is almost never used as Attack is a fast skill to level which in turn gives you the option to use far superior equipment. Even if the player were to stay at 40 Attack the Rune scimitar would be a better replacement.
How to Obtain
There are two different ways to obtain a Dinh's Bulwark.
Smithing
Players may make a Rune Battleaxe with 95 Smithing, it requires using three Rune bars on an anvil with a Hammer, doing so will grant the player 3,000 Smithing experience.

There are many NPC's that can drop the Rune Battleaxe, these are:
