Asgarnian Ice Dungeon is a moderately large dungeon in Etherum. The entrance is found south of Port Sarim. This dungeon is full of NPC's and contains the entrance to the Frost Dragon Dungeon.

How to get there
Click on the world map icon in the top right corner.
From here select 'Combat Training' as the category, and then select 'Asgarnian dungeon', this will take you to the center of the dungeon.
Notable Features
Frost Dragons
You can access the Frost Dragon area by entering the Mysterious Entrance located in the north of the dungeon. To enter you need to have voted in the last 24 hours.
Ladder to Mogres
The ladder located at the end of the tunnel leads to south of Port Sarim, it can be a lot faster going through this dungeon than running from Draynor.

Skeletal Area
To get into the Skeletal Wyverns area you need a Frozen Key which is only dropped by the Ice Giants.
