Where to train

Starting off, there are multiple places to start training, which could all be found in the Combat Training section of the 'World Teleport' located in your spellbook. For beginners, it's best to start at the Rock Crabs. Once you've gained a few levels you could consider doing slayer so you can level that up at the same time.

Starter armour and weapons

All of the shopkeepers are located at Home (Edgeville). They will sell you starter gear and basic accessories. (Full shop guide here) The ones you want to go to are Lowe and Pure Supplies. You can purchase your armour, supplies such as food and potions and even weapons from them.

Starter Money

To start off, teleport to Ardougne (City Teleports > Ardougne) and steal from the stalls. This isn't the most efficient way of making money, but it will suffice until you have the skills to improve your money making methods. Another good tip is to level fishing until you have reached a high enough level to cage raw rocktails at Karamja (City Teleports > Karamja) which will net you more profit.

Advancing skills

A lot of skills can be levelled up at North and South Neitiznot. To get to these places, use the Neitiznot teleport in the city section of the world teleport. For information on other skills, check out our 1-99 walkthroughs.

Becoming known

Becoming a known player within the server is easier said than done. It can take months of playing for people to recognize your name. One of the easiest ways of becoming a known player is by donating for membership, and using the ::yell function to talk/help to players and by being respectful to others.

If you do this, you will become a known player rather quickly.
