Getting Help In-Game
If you need help in-game, you can check if any staff is currently online, by going to Grinderscape's Official Staff List and then adding them to your in-game friends list to see if they are available. Or simply enter ::staffonline to immediately check for online staff members.
Using Global Support
Global Support is a unique and useful feature to communicate with staff confidentially in-game. To initiate a conversation, simply select the Global Support tab and begin typing in your chatbox. The Global Support tab is located here:
What could the Global Support tab be used for?
- Simple questions (where something is located, the current price of an item).
- Asking in-game staff to moderate/punish rule breakers.
New players will be automatically directed to the server-owned help clan chat named "Help". There, our community could assist with the daily price checks and easy questions. Helping clans are an easy way to get to know the server pretty well. "Help" is staff owned, so feel free to ask them for any help that you might need.
In-Game Tickets
Tickets are an easy and confidential way to get a staff member's attention without drawing attention to yourself. To begin using the ticket system, type ::ticket in-game and a staff member will respond as soon as possible.
What could in-game tickets be used for?
- Reporting players.
- Contacting staff about personal matters.
Note: All player reports will require picture proof and a player report to be submitted here.
Helpful Clan Chats
There are several helpful clan chats on Grinderscape. If you need any sort of help, whether it be a pricecheck, monster location, or anything, you can join the following clan chats:
"Help" - Ran by the Staff team of Grinderscape.
"Spectrum" - Ran by Blake (Mod of Grinderscape) and Sma11zplz (Mod of Grinderscape)
Getting Help on the Forums
Like in-game help, forum help is very straightforward, though you will need to be registered to use Grinderscape forums. You can find more info about registering here. The two main ways to go about this is by either going to the forum Shoutbox, and asking a staff member for assistance with what you need. The forum Shoutbox can be found here. In order to use the Shoutbox, you will need to confirm the email address used to register your forum account. If this doesn't suit you, you may also make a thread on the forums in the help section.
