The Wilderness Chests are located West of Scorpia, which is in the deep wilderness. To gain access to these chests you will need a Storeroom key to enter the building.
To open the chests will require a Bloody or Bloodier Key. Bloodier keys give a slightly greater chance of getting the rare items.

How to Obtain Bloodier Keys
A Bloodier key is dropped by Callisto, Venenatis, and Scorpia. This key will give twice the loot than Bloody Keys.
How to Obtain Storeroom Keys
The Storeroom key is only dropped by Callisto, Venenatis, and Scorpia.
