The Gold Whip requires a level of at least 70 Attack in order to equip.
Obtaining the Whips
The Gold Whip can only be obtained as a very rare drop from the Abyssal Demons

Special Attack
The special attack increases the accuracy of the next hit by 25%, and will disable your opponents protect item prayer if they are using it. The opponent can simply turn the prayer back on if this happens. This attack consumes 100% of the special when used.
Attack styles
Gold Whips can only deal slash damage. Slash weapons will do extra damage to those monsters with a specific weakness to slash attacks, and slightly less damage to those monsters with any melee weakness. As with all melee weapons, they usually deal little damage to magic based monsters, and strong damage to monsters ranged based monsters.
