Like in-game help, forum help is very straightforward, though you will need to be registered to use Grinderscape forums. You can find more info about registering [https://wiki.etherumps.com/Main_page/Guides/Forum_guides/Forum_registration here]. The two main ways to go about this is by either going to the forum Shoutbox, and asking a staff member for assistance with what you need. Getting Help In-Game

If you need help in-game, you can check if any staff is currently online, by going to Etherum's Official Staff List and then adding them to your in-game friends list to see if they are available. Or simply enter ::staffonline to immediately check for online staff members.

Using Global Support

Global Support is a unique and useful feature to communicate with staff confidentially in-game. To initiate a conversation, simply select the Global Support tab and begin typing in your chatbox. The Global Support tab is located here:

What could the Global Support tab be used for?

  • Simple questions (where something is located, the current price of an item).
  • Asking in-game staff to moderate/punish rule breakers.

New players will be automatically directed to the server-owned help clan chat named "Help". There, our community could assist with the daily price checks and easy questions. Helping clans are an easy way to get to know the server pretty well. "Help" is staff owned, so feel free to ask them for any help that you might need.

Helpful Clan Chats

As of 15/04/2016, Spectrum and Help merged together. All players needing help can type in any of those and they'll be redirected to one clan chat.

Getting Help on the Forums

Like in-game help, forum help is very straightforward, though you will need to be registered to use Etherum forums. You can find more info about registering here. The two main ways to go about this is by either going to the forum Shoutbox, and asking a staff member for assistance with what you need. The forum Shoutbox can be found here. In order to use the Shoutbox, you will need to confirm the email address used to register your forum account. If this doesn't suit you, you may also make a thread on the forums in the help section.
