The Occult Ornament Kit is a purely decorative enhancment, that can be attached to the Occult necklace, making it an Occult necklace (or). This only alters its appearance, and gives no stat enhancements. Once attached, It cannot be dismantled, trying to do so will destroy the necklace and the kit.

The Occult Ornament Kit can be purchased for 20K Blood coins from the Blood Coin Store.
