Demonic gorillas share similar mechanics to Tortured Gorillias. The main difference being they use of Protection prayers, and also they will change attack styles after three missed attacks, rather than four.
Demonic Gorillas can use all three different attack styles. This means that you will have to switch which prayer you are using to defend against the gorilla's attacks, as after they miss three times in a row they will switch styles. So simply use the prayer that would block damage from the current attack type.
You will need to use two different combat styles to kill Demonic Gorillas as they will change their protection prayer once you've dealt enough damage. It is recommended to use a combination of melee and ranged against the gorillas as they have a slight amount of magic defence.
Getting There
You can access Demonic Gorillas by:
Click on the world map icon in the top right corner. 
Select "Monsters" as the category and simply select "Demonic Gorillas" as your location.
Gear Setups
As you need to set up for two different combat styles it is recommended to choose a combination of equipment that boosts the attack stats of those two styles. The hybrid armour you can get from the Castle Wars shop is perfect for this as they do exactly this. The vanguard set is the best choice as this plays to the Demonic Gorilla's weaknesses (melee/ranged).
