The Kalphite Lair is an underground dungeon filled with kalphites. The area is a multi-combat zone, so multiple NPC's can attack you at once. Players will often visit this area to kill the Kalphites as they are a potential Slayer task. It is also the home of the Kalphite queen boss.

Getting There
If you are planning to kill the Kalphite queen you can teleport directly to her by opening the teleport screen, select 'Bosses' as the category and choosing 'Kalphite Queen'
If you are only interested in fighting the smaller kalphites, you can either teleport in as explained above, and climb up the nearby rope or you can teleport to Al Kharid and use a Rope on the hole outside the palace.
Your rope will disappear a few seconds after you place it, so don't hang around too long before climbing in.
