Blood Necklace
The Blood Necklace has the highest offensive, melee stats of any necklace/amulet. However, most players stick with the Fury Amulet as it is not far behind in stats and costs a lot less. There are no requirements to wear the Blood Necklace.
How to Obtain
Monster Drop
The Black Knight Titan is the only monster that drops this necklace. It isn't an incredibly difficult boss to kill, but it is still quite dangerous, and due to the difficulty of getting to it, it isn't killed very often.
