Obtaining Dharoks
Barrows Minigame
Torag pieces, along with the other Barrows items, have a chance of being rewarded upon completing the Barrows minigame, this minigame is very easy, as all you have to do is kill each of the 6 Barrows Brothers, and then loot a chest.
Blood Store
The Blood Store is a shop located in Edgeville, you can use the command ::shops to teleport here quickly. This shop is run by the 'Adventurer', and uses blood coins as a currency. The Guthans set costs 500 blood coins.

Each barrow set has its own special effect.
Torag's effect is Corruption.
Successful Melee attacks have a 25% chance of lowering the victim's run energy by 20%, similar to the Abyssal whip's special attack, Energy Drain.
This effect only works on players, so it can only be used in PVP minigames or in the Wilderness.
How to Repair
