The Occult Ornament Kit is a purely decorative enhancment, that can be attached to the Occult necklace, making it an Occult necklace (or). This only alters its appearance, and gives no stat enhancements. It can be dismantled, returning both the necklace and ornament kit.
Once attached, the ornamented item becomes untradeable, but the kit can be detached from the item and sold.
Obtaining the Ornament Kit

The Occult Ornament Kit can be purchased for 20K Blood Coins from the Blood Coin Store.
Vote Points
The Occult Ornament Kit can be bought from the Voting Store. This store can be accessed by right clicking on Akrisae and then selecting the "Trade" option. The Kit will cost 800 vote points.
