Ranger boots are a rare item that can be received as a reward from medium level clue scrolls. These boots are considered to be one of the best medium clue rewards because they have decent stats for players who are using ranged. They require 42 Ranged to wear.
Obtaining Ranger Boots
Clue Scrolls
The normal Ranger Boots can only be obtained through completing medium level clue scrolls. They are one of the rarer rewards, so you will need to be quite lucky to come across these.
PKP Store
You can purchase the Ranger Boots from the Pure PkP Store, you can trade "Eva" to access the store. The Boots costs 7.5k PkP.
You can also sell your Ranger Boots to the store for half their costs, so you will receive 3.25k PkP.
