The Fremennik Slayer Cave is a dungeon that holds a few NPC's that can be assigned as tasks for Slayer. There is nothing else to do in this cave apart from killing these NPC's.

Getting There
Click on the world map icon in the top right corner of the screen.
From here select 'Skilling' as the category, and then select 'Slayer - Slayer Cave', this will take you to the beginning of the Slayer Cave.
You could also select 'Monsters' as the category, and then select 'Slayer Cave'. This will teleport you to the exact same place.
