Ganodermic is a powerful magic based armour set. The Virtus set has it beat in offencive stats, but defencively the Ganodermic set is far superior in most cases. Another advantage to using the Ganodermic set is that you look like a futuristic mushroom.
The set is often used with the Polypore staff as they are sold together, but there is no extra benefit in using this combination.
