Getting There
Mining Guild
Click on the world map icon in the top right corner.
From here select 'Skilling' as the category, and then select 'Mining - Dwarf Mining Guild', this will teleport you to Falador's entrance of the Mining Guild. You will only be allowed to take pickaxes, and cannonball moulds through the Mining Guild entrance in Falador.
Outside the Mining Guild
The Slave on Neitiznot can teleport the player to the Dwarven Mine, just outside the Mining Guild. You can enter the Mining Guild by going through the door to the south, but again you cannot bring anything but pickaxes, and cannonball moulds with you.
Northern Area of the Mine
You can get to the Northern part of the Dwarven Mine by climbing down the ladder on the southern side of the Ice Mountain
Notable Features
Mining Guild Points
Mining Guild Points are a mostly useless currency that can be obtained and used in the Mining Guild.
Obtaining Points
Inside the Mining Guild you can find a Dwarf who you can give all your mined coal to, each coal given to the Dwarf will reward the player with 2 Mining Guild Points.
Using the Points
Apart from accumulating 1,000 Mining Guild Points for the Dwarf Assistance Task, the only thing you can do with these points is note your coals. You can note all your coal for a single point with the Dwarf who you give your coal too. As coal is rarely used in the game, this is not oftenly used.
Mysterious Mine
Once you have completed the Dwarf Assistance Task, you are given access to the Mysterious Mine. The entrance to this part of the mine can be found near the ladders in the Mining Guild.
This mine contains coal, silver and mithril rocks, as well as a furnace which only cannonballs can be created on.
Creating Cannonballs
The cannonball mould can be obtained from the dwarf Nulodion, who is found on the southern side of the Ice Mountain.
Once you have the cannonball mould, you can use the coal ore on the furnace to create cannonballs. The Dwarf Friendship Task can be completed by giving 1,000 cannonballs to the Dwarf in the main Mining Guild area. Do not teleport out if you going to complete this task, as you are not allowed to take the cannonballs through the entrance. You will have to use the mysterious entrance, to get to the dwarf.
