His new home in Edgeville, North East of the bank (or ::home teleport), resides the Grim Reaper. Thankfully, he is not after your soul, just yet. He is there to provide you with your Untradeable items that you lost on death. To purchase your items back, you first need to purchase soul points.
As you can see, you can convert Coins, Premium points, Participation points and PK points over for Soul points. The picture above gives you a brief example of the exchange rate.
Upon death, the Reaper will show you the cost of each Untradeable item to recover. The cost is high for some items so wear with caution! It is your responsibility if you choose to wear items you are not ready/cannot pay it back.
