Canes are essentially cosmetic items, which can be obtained as a possible reward from Clue Scrolls. The Black Cane can only be obtained from easy level clues, the Adamant Cane from medium level clues, and the Rune Cane from hard level clues. The Canes have similar stats to maces that are made of the same metal i.e. the Black Cane is similar to the Black Mace stat-wise.
