Hitpoints is one of them skills that levels up whilst you are leveling up any other combat skill. There isn't really much to Hitpoints as nothing requires this level to be changed so that you can equip it.
Armour
Certain Armour's make your Hitpoints go above 99. These are NEX Armour's; Torva, Pernix, Virtus. Your Hitpoints level will rise up to 149 whilst wearing any of these sets if you eat Sharks and will rise to 159 if you eat Rocktails.
The Skill cape
To obtain the Skill cape you must talk to the Wise Old Man. He is located at home, North East of the bank.
Each cape costs 150K expect the Max cape which costs 10M. The Hitpoints cape gives no bonus to any stats.
