The in-game lottery can be viewed by going to the quest tab and selecting, "Check lottery"
A player can enter the lottery by talking to a banker.
Once you talk to the banker, ask to talk about the lottery.
Ask to join the lottery.
Enter the amount of gold you'd like to enter.
