Not to be confused with the Smoke Devil Dungeon.
The Smoke Dungeon contains a few NPC's. However, they are quite spread out, so they are considerably better areas to kill each of these NPC's. You will take constant damage down here unless you are using a Face Mask, Slayer Helmet, or Full Slayer Helmet.

Getting There
To get to the Smoke Dungeon, you will need to start in Pollnivneach and run south around the hill. The entrance to the dungeon is a well marked by a red exclamation point on the minimap.
Notable Features
Entrance to Pollnivneach Dungeon
You can get to the Pollnivneach Slayer Dungeon using a cave in the south-eastern corner of the dungeon. But this would take much longer than simply climbing down the well in Pollnivneach.
