Dharok's armour requires 70 Defence to wear, while the Greataxe requires 70 Attack and Strength to wield. It is by far the most used of all Barrows equipment, due to its popularity in PvP. It is only tradeable when it is fully repaired or fully degraded.

Obtaining Dharoks
Barrows Minigame
Dharok pieces, along with the other Barrows items, have a chance of being rewarded upon completing the Barrows minigame, this minigame is very easy, as all you have to do is kill each of the 6 Barrows Brothers, and then loot a chest.
Blood Store
The Blood Store is a shop located in Edgeville, you can use the command ::shops to teleport here quickly. This shop is run by the 'Adventurer', and uses blood coins as a currency. The Dharoks set costs 1k blood coins.
Vote Shop
The Vote Store is another shop located in Edgeville, found just outside of the bank is an NPC named 'Akrisae'. The Dharok set costs 20 vote points.
Premium Shop
The Premium Store, is also outside of the Edgeville bank. The currency used in this shop is Premium Points, which can be obtained by donating, and reaching certain vote streaks. The Dharok set costs 3k Premium points.
Special Effect
Each barrow set has its own special effect. Dharok's is Wretched Strength.
Wretched Strength: Maximum Melee hit increases as your hit points get lower and is most powerful when the player has only 1 hit point remaining. The formula appears to be for every 1 Hitpoint lost, the hit is 1% higher; so when a player has 99 Hitpoints and is reduced to 1, the set effect will deal close to double damage (98% higher).
Due to this sets potential power, it is often used in Pk'ing.
How to Repair
Barrows armour degrades upon usage. When a piece fully degrades you are left with an un-equipable piece. Thankfully, for a small fee, you can repair the pieces at any stage of degradation. To do this, teleport to the barrows minigame, and talk to the 'weird old man', simply ask him to repair your armour.
